SAVE this (rename to OriginalFlightengine or put an new BackupFlightengine folder... ) 4. Open and Search the MapSettings and modify tis lines: [MapSettings] MapMaxSize=1000000 MapMinSize=2000 MapInitSize=100000 (you can modify, but I use this) MapScaleRate=5.0 ZoomControl=CAMERA_ZOOM_CONTROL Remember SAVE IT TO FLIGT folder LIKE : Flightengine .ini ENJOY ! Marry Christmas To Evrybody ! Vulkan From Hungary
Lexx_Luthor Posted December 26, 2007 Posted December 26, 2007 Thanks. This is good stuff everybody should know how to do. My current settings... [MapSettings] MapMaxSize=2000000 MapMinSize=10000 MapInitSize=500000 MapScaleRate=100.0 ZoomControl=CAMERA_ZOOM_CONTROL If I recall, my map scale rate allows very fast zooming, although as you zoom out, the framerate drops horribly. I guess I should reduce my mpa min size, but its good for long range intercepts.
PureBlue Posted December 29, 2007 Posted December 29, 2007 This is good info, thanks alot. Made the map much more useable, it's not possible to pan it in-game is it? (always centered) And perhaps to show all active units including enemy planes (for mission design/test purposes)

Lexx_Luthor Posted March 11, 2011 Posted March 11, 2011 Its working here, you know the map zoom changes. SF1 2006 and Win~7 Maybe save your Flightengine file somewhere and extract it again and make the changes again.
