Siamese Carriers

Does anybody know of a fix for this 'little' problem:

I've recently added carriers to my SFG campaigns and this annoying glitch shows up on approximately 50% of my campaign missions.

It's even more confusing when returning to land, and I accidentlly choose the wrong carrier and end up going through it as if it wasn;t there.

 

I'd be very grateful of any assistance in this.

Hmmm, I'm inclined to say:

 

Don't place ships (especially not carriers) at carrier stations.

I don't know how to fix it, but the voyer in me sure appriciates the picture of carrier's mating....
