commander Posted September 1, 2008 Posted September 1, 2008 i found this site http://www.hirevsims.com/index.htm that produces and sells high quality simulators and controllers, with accurate controls for the F-15, F-16, F-18, and A-10. the products bar on the menu opens sub menus after a second. PIGHUNTA69 Posted September 1, 2008 Posted September 1, 2008 Yeah i'll bet those systems are really expensive. Quote
kct Posted September 1, 2008 Posted September 1, 2008 Well, depends whether you want a DIY pit or buy one from them, it's a question of personal taste. Quote
Ruggbutt Posted September 1, 2008 Posted September 1, 2008 They don't sell to the flight sim enthusiast any more. You should have seen the complete asshattedness from them on Frugal's several years ago. Additionally, their equipment doesn't hold up very well. Quote
kct Posted September 1, 2008 Posted September 1, 2008 Probably something to do with the market, or the fact that they think that they are doing something no one else can? It's kind of sad if that is the case. Quote
Ruggbutt Posted September 1, 2008 Posted September 1, 2008 A group of F4/Cougar fanbois over at Frugals started all of it. It was the same group of rude jerks that run off the new guys. Anyway, they offended the owner of the company (who has anger issues) so now he's decided that all simmers are like the group of jaggoffs that ran him off. Neither side was right, but after seeing how the owner of HiRev acted I wouldn't spend a dime with his company. I don't post at Frugal's either. Quote
Guest 531_Ghost Posted September 1, 2008 Posted September 1, 2008 I spoke to the owner a few years ago. They aren't as rugg states, for sale to the general public. Never will be. And after actually speaking with the owner, quite frankly, he can keep 'em. Quote
sparkomatic Posted September 6, 2008 Posted September 6, 2008 they do not respond to emails either...so a business that does not want business is what? Quote
