Signum 0 Posted December 6, 2008 (edited) I have a question. how to move views? (you know, cockpit etc.) Edited December 6, 2008 by Signum
+Spillone104 553 Posted December 6, 2008 It's simple. To move the cockpit view just go to the file ****_cockpit.ini , and go to the string: [CockpitSeat001] ModelName=f-104g_cockpit Position=-0.0000,4.5965,0.60 // this set the position ViewAngles=0.0,0.0,0.0 // and this the angle Just a suggestion for the bomb bay..... why not make the bomb doors slide inside in the bomb bay and with a spoiler on the front??? Signum 0 Posted December 6, 2008 (edited) Aaa, thank you, good uggestion, I think about this. PS. How I can change settings about other views?? Edited December 6, 2008 by Signum
+Spillone104 553 Posted December 6, 2008 What other views??? External ones?
USAAF2 0 Posted December 6, 2008 (edited) Did your reference information show two bomb bays of that size? I'm thinking that the fuel requirements such an airplane would limit the payload to something smaller than that. I do have a tip though, based on the speed this plane was to fly, the bomb bay would probably use the sliding doors like mentioned earlier and employ an ejection mechanism to make sure that a bomb/missile is propelled downward sufficiently to clear the airframe. Sucking a missile into an engine inlet at those Mach numbers would be ugly...lol. Don't get me wrong, it looks very cool and will be neat to fly. Keep up the good work. Signum 0 Posted December 6, 2008 What other views??? External ones? Yes, (outside) F6, F5...
+Spillone104 553 Posted December 7, 2008 The external veiws are set on the VIEWLIST.INI in the Flight folder. To drop the bombs at high speed you can mod a range of bomb adding them a rocket booster (very short but powerfull) to avoid the bomb ingestion by the engines... For example: 7 G acceleration for 0.4 seconds with the ignition 0.5 seconds after release (now is not intended as a bomb by the game but a rocket or RCKT in the type of weapon). Signum 0 Posted December 7, 2008 (edited) I can do that with this? View F5. I can change that in VIEWLIST.INI? Thank you. Edited December 7, 2008 by Signum

+Spillone104 553 Posted December 28, 2008 To eject payloads from the bomb bay of your Tu-360 and avoid the bombs to be sucked into the engines.....just add this to your [bombBay] section. EjectVelocity=0.0,0.0,-50.0 (this value is pretty high) Try. Alex
