1. How do you get into and make changes to the Weapons Editor ?

 

2 How do you set the new editor's compatibility mode?

To set compatability:

 

Right click on the EXE file, select properties, then set the compatability to WIN95 or 98.

 

In the WEAPONS folder, delete the WEAPONDATA.dat, open the WEAPONDATA.INI with the new editor, then save it.

To get in right click on the icon and then go to properties and change the compatibility to 98

once you do that then left click the icon and it will open then you can hit the open button and see all the weaps

or add more or import etc...
