This forum is to discuss techniques and announce new aircraft skins, stuff like that.

There is a new file area in the Biohaz Download area for LOMAC skins as well, you can browse the files here.

Sweeet!

I'd like to say. I would so love a "Coors Silver bullet livery" F15 or a Mrs budweiser Version! B)

Ha! third post ;) maybe when I get LOMAC I'll start repainting some plane. Hey! now theres an idea, I'll repaint the planes for others until I upgrade. cool!

By the way, I'm interested in getting to know more about layering and such. right now I repaint by individual pixels, which is time consuming, but effective. help please!

I've made a MiG-29 template for Photoshop which you can download

from http://www.checksix-fr.com

On the right hand menu, click "Lock On" and then "@Téléchargement".

It's not empty, but it's layered and indexed so it's very easy to change stuff.

Read the readme, all of it. ;)

(First post here btw, hi guys! Couldn't start New Thread in this forum though...)

I would've asked this in another topic but it seems i can't start a thread. Do any of you know if there will be blank templates like with IL2 released for LoMac. I asked on the offical forums but not sure if this has been answered already.

Ok I guess I missed something . How does one go about adding the skins into the demo? And finally what templates are availible ? and do they contain panel lines and rivets etc?

hey guys i think the permissions need to be sorted in this section

Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.

The error returned was:

Sorry, you do not have permission to start a topic in this forum

i wanted to start a topic about skinning the hog..

i made a start on a high res version 2048x2048px skin for the hog instead of the 512x512px u get with the demo, and apparently the full game

anyway i've started working on the tail first (working my way forward)

heres a work in progress shot :) i'll set my res higher for just taking pics of the skin in future.. 1024 cropped pic doesn't do it justice :)

Look's good

Have you been able to edit the nose of an A-10 ?

I have tried and only come up wiht a blank nose after adding the hog to it.

Anyone come up with a templete yet for the A-10?

so far i've made a high res vector file of the tail badge - and 1 of the flying tigers badge on the side of the hog.. i've rastered these in PS and scaled them to fit the tail and side..

rivits and pannels are next - then redoing the colour and adding weather beaten effect :)

oh and fixing the sharks teeth :)
