It is not gunner but NOS operator and it was an experiment which never worked .-)

Night Observation Sight Operator

and yes it was sort of gunner, because guns were connected to NOS

NOS - night vision telescope used to find the target without flares or xenon light.

 

I thought it might be cool to have one crewmember behind NOS but they dont like

to be rotated (it is not possible to rotate pilot via ini)
