I forwarded your issue to Whitehall sorry, I couldn't resist. They don't work because... well, they don't. Apparently they had jamming and weight problems so the program was scrapped.

+Crusader Posted June 5, 2009 Posted June 5, 2009 I set up a new pod with CRV-7 rockets and gave it a low rate of fire, so I can fire single rockets more easily ... For a realistic Afghanistan loadout I carry 2x 540 lb bombs on the outboard wing stations, 1x low rate pod + 1x high rate pod of CRV-7 rockets on the intermediate stations, and usually fueltanks on the inboard stations
