Fortiesboy 3 Posted July 26, 2009 Fortiesboys DM 1.2 View File This DM now makes new DM for ALL the planes in OFF, including those of the early years. Install instructions the same as for DM1.1 Don't forget to delete the bdp files after installing this DM. Instructions ( for XP ) same as before. If you have Vista, you need to search for the .bdp files within the aircraft folder in CFSWWl Over Flanders Field. Then you delete them. Personally, why MS had to change the method from XP is beyond me ! Legal stuff - At your own risk. Enjoy. Winston DoRight 3 Posted July 27, 2009 There's another .rar archive inside this file, filename: Fortiesboys DM1.1.rar any use for this? Appears to be your previous DM version?
Fortiesboy 3 Posted July 27, 2009 (edited) There's another .rar archive inside this file, filename: Fortiesboys DM1.1.rar any use for this? Appears to be your previous DM version? Thanks for pointing this out Winston. No - it shouldn't be there - surplus to requirements you might say. It is being removed Edited July 27, 2009 by Fortiesboy
Axgrinder 0 Posted July 27, 2009 The new aircraft DM files only have the .xdp files in them. Is this right? Are we only replacing the .xdp files?

Fortiesboy 3 Posted July 28, 2009 The new aircraft DM files only have the .xdp files in them. Is this right? Are we only replacing the .xdp files? Also for the benefit of others reading the question, the answer is ............Yes. Only the xdp files are being replaced by my download. But, as previously explained, whenever the xdp files are amended, it is necessary to delete the bdp files so that the new xdp files can "take". After bdp files are deleted, they are automatically re-created when the sim is restarted.
Burning Beard 14 Posted July 31, 2009 It works great, I have been flying with the LE in N11's and have come up against numerous EIII's and now they go down all sorts of ways. The standard just run out air, catching fire, tearing hunks outa wings, it is great fun. Beard
