Cowman 0 Posted August 21, 2009 Just wanted to saw thank you to all involved. I bought this as soon as I could in the UK and paid what I thought was a hefty but justified price (think of all the cottage publisher books I own etc and it all seems fair). Played it abit and got no where fast. Then I tried out the latest patch, this has made this a new game! Really it has, the interface is better and the game play is vasty improved, the best thing is the melding now of the game and interface is nearly done. I have got damage modelling to show now and by using the nvidia control panel have improved the look of the sim. So in brief: Gameplay:Improved Immersion:Improved Interface:Improved Look and feel:Improved So thanks again all
Rickitycrate 10 Posted August 21, 2009 Cowman I take no credit of course, just a flunky flier, but I am happy to hear that you are having a great experience. I agree it is like a new sim and I did not have issues previous to the SuperPatch. Enjoy and best wishes, JIm

Olham 164 Posted August 21, 2009 Welcome in one of the greatest communities you could find in the web, Cowman! And in one of the greatest sims ever. Please send me a PM with your hometown and country, so I can add you to the OFF Pilots map; please. Thanks! Olham
TSmoke 2 Posted August 22, 2009 I like to think of OFF as the girl next door. Yes you talked to her, played together when you were kids. Then you started to notice the other girls around and kind of put the girl next door out of your mind, and she moves to a different part of town. While you were going gaga over the popular girls at school, you never really noticed she wasn't there. Then one day you see you see this gorgeous girl in the mall, and tell yourself "what the hell it's worth a shot". Well after stammering and tripping over your tongue you finally realize" Holy chit it's the girl from next door, when did she become so HOT!!!!". Well as time goes on it's the same with computer games, sims whatever, if they have good genes it will always show through in the end. Just remember the "Ugly Duckling" story. My view on how I have seen OFF develop into what we now have. Thanks OBD!!
