Searching a Eagle variant

Some time ago discovered some pics of a strange F-15 variant with angled vertical Stabs ( ala F/A-18 ), but I can't find this planes on the download section, can someone tell me If this plane is already released or If is still a WIP please?

That's the Silent Eagle, it's a WIP based upon a plane that is at least in concept phase. There was a subject on it in the Military and General Aviation Forums that has some of the pics of the plane.

 

EDIT: And I think the topic for the TW WIP is "Eagles gone Wild"
