+Polovski 460 Posted October 14, 2009 If it is Vista or Win7 it WILL say that about OFF Manager as it is running in sleep/idle whilst CFS3 engine runs. Sometimes in Vista it's slow to quit CFS3 - usually wait a few seconds and it should come back. If not maybe a reinstall is needed. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
