I thought I would start a poll to get some statistics on what aircraft BioHaz members prefer in LockON. I have a hunch I know what the answer is, but I thought it would be interesting to see the results. :)

I usually fly the A-10, specially online, but latelly I've been much into the F-15 and Flanker family. The next patch might see me changing more into Air-Air. :)

I think the A-10 is the best plane in the game. I like to fly ATA but the fighters have more bugs than A case of Raid could handle. The F-15 is shamefuly bad. this was ubi softs last chance with me, they rather make money the sims.

I prefer the A-10, but when dragged into an A2A mission, I will go with the MiG-29. The next patch has the F-15 mostly fixed, so that may change.

I chose the Mig29C (Mig29S) since it performs pretty close to the FA18C. Although I miss the multirole features of the F18.

 

I think you guys will really like the changes made in the 1.02 patch. Each beta build we get has something new in it, but testing continues in order to get it right. The F15 is now a platform to fear in Lockon. Now that the Radar and Aim120 have been tweaked the F15 can claim air dominance. Thats not to say the Russian jets dont have a chance, because they certainly do, but Lockon feels much more balanced now since the work on the F15.

I just had a glance at the poll results and was not too shocked to notice that the A-10 leads with 50% of the votes.

 

The F-15 and Flanker are tied for 2nd place, taking 20% of the votes respectively.

 

It's great to see by the reply posts here that, bugs aside :rolleyes: , you pilots are checking out all the hardware available in the LockOn arsenal and finding that you are favoring a certain type of plane depending on the scenario or campaign at hand.
