They are subject matter that remain permanent generally. Look at the top posts on your main page of gerneral duscussion. Those marked "Sticky" remain at the top, as far as I know

Just to confirm....if you are doing Siggi's DiD campaign ignore the DiD in the sticky! It is not the same as we are using in the campaign.

 

Siggi has changed the gun acuracy to inaccurate instead of normal.
