New aircraft and new skins

I have downloaded one new aircraft and also an "Ace aircraft skin". I assume that I should place the new aircraft in the aircraft folder. Is this correct? Where does one enter the new skin?

Uncleal, i have several aircraft that didn't come with the game and they all are flyable mate.The MP boy's have new one's all the time.

1.Bristol scout twin gun.

2.Rumpler 6b1

3.Hanriot HD1

4.Short 184 sea plane

5.Caproni bomber

 

and more individual ace skins than you could chuck a cat at.

But it's only fair to add . . .All those non stock birds, ONLY exist on line

Not exactly true. You can build a mission with any combination of OBD existing and other peoples "add-on" aircraft, then enter "multiplayer". When you get to the screen with the two medals, select the top one "missions". You can now fly and enjoy your created mission as "single player".

Okay new pilot to OFF here. How do you install and run the Hanriot HD-1?

How do you make any of the non-stock aeroplanes appear on the menus inside

OFF?
