Where do I find OFF Version 1 & 2

I can't load "Between heaven and Hell" because it says you need versions 1 & 2. Where do I download these from ??????

You don't need 1 and 2, BH&H is a standalone product.

Expansion HitR (optional)

HitR patch.

I am not a Guru on this, but your sub-caption says:"Ordered and received Between Heaven and Hell."

 

If you order on-line you will have received the Over Flanders Fields: Between Heaven and Hell DVD by mail (or at least that is what happened a few weeks ago.) This is the full game. You do not need version 1 & 2. In fact, I would guess that it is easier to NOT have v. 1 and 2 on your computer.

 

If you order the "Hat in the Ring" Expansion pack on-line, it is a download. To use the Download, you MUST HAVE the Over Flanders Fields: Between Heaven and Hell DVD. (I think it is pretty clear on the Website.) Again, you do not need Version 1 & 2.

 

There is usually a mini-patch for BHaH and a mini-patch for Hat in the Ring. Download whichever one which the website tells you to (for Between Heaven and Hell or Hat in the Ring.)

 

It is likely that one of the real Gurus will write to you, but I think you have might have made a mistake regarding the ordering or the messages. Everything went perfectly for me:

 

Buy DVD (which you pay for): it comes in the mail - and install.

Optional: Download Hat in the Ring (which you pay for) - and install.

Donwload the current mini-patch (which is free) - and install.

 

Play, but that is also free and lots of fun.

Yah, as the guys said above, that can't be right.

 

You just put the BHAH DVD in the drive and run the installer (instructions on back of the DVD case). Simple as that. At no point should it tell you need Phases 1 or 2.

 

You don't even have to install CSF3 beforehand...the installer will ask you to insert the CSF3 disks at the appropriate time. Perhaps the installer is asking for the CSF3 CDs 1 and 2, and you are confusing this with OFF Phase 1 and 2?

I screwed up on mixing things up. The order I first put in was for "Hat in the Ring" which is downloaded to my computer ,which it was. I have now just ordered "Between Heaven and Hell" which is only sent to me in a DVD. I thought they were 2 seperate expansions, but now I see "Hat in the Ring" is just an addon for Between Heaven and Hell. Anyway, when I recieve my DVD and load game, I hope all goes well, which I'm sure it will. I'm sorry for the confusion I might of caused..... Been away from CFS3 for almost a year, and at my age the brain cells don't work as good as they use to, not that they were great then.. Ha Ha Thanks Again JOHN

Install the BH&H DVD,

then the BH&H superpatch 1.32 and mini patch 1.32g both specifically for BH&H,

then install HitR,

then HitR minipatch.
