Falcon 4.0 Binder edition with strategy guide

If you are a hard core simmer, you'll know the name Falcon 4.0. I have it with the binder and the strategy guide just sitting around. I saw on e-bay it sells from around 50.00 to 120.00. shoot me a PM and we'll see if we can work something out.

I still have mine and won't be getting rid of it anytime soon. There is a lot of good info in there, I still use it every now and then.
