The thought might make you drool but it doesn't look like its going to happen.

There might be a good chance that ED will produce an F18 sim, possibly LoMac compatible, but its not going to be called be (called) LoMac. Check out the "Future of LoMac" thread and check the thread that is linked to there

A flyable f18 would be awesome, however, you haven't seen strut compression until you see me land on a carrier in one of them things.
