can you recommend me a program to make skins for the MiG-29 from the Mirage Factory

Gimp....is a good one and free.

also paint.net, but GIMP is the favourite of many

You need a program wich supports layers and you need to know how to work with them.

As above written, Gimp & paint.net are good & for free.

I would start with one of them. :good:
