helos instead of tankers on reactor

Recommended Posts

Looks like heli's are being used to dump sea water on the reactor. I wonder why no C-130 planes arent beingusd on a continuos flight to bombard it with even more water. Thats similar to when they fight forest fires. C-130's can hold way more water than a helo can.

The answers pretty obvious. It's a concept known as "precision" :good:

Perform the following Google search (parenthesis, commas, and all) "Chernobyl, helicopter, boron", and you'll see why.

Please Remember a Nuclear Generation Plant, Contains Many Reactors

Three Mile Island was in 1987, there was NO internet, there were NO Blogs. The Media had a Monopoly on information

If they wished us to be Hysterical, we became Hysterical

My question is "How Many Died" at Three Mile Island ?

How many cases of "Cancer" can be attributed to Three Mile Island ? It'd be a great Law Suit

The TMI accident occured on March 28, 1979, not 1987. It was essentially over within a week, although it took them about 1 month to finally shut the reactor down.
