SayethWhaaaa 245 Posted March 25, 2011 For a while there, it seemed like this issue was going to be put into the legal "too hard basket". Good to see this was addressed and the tool was prosecuted. Really hoping he's forced to drop the soap in the first few days of his sentence. Troll jailed for posting child porn on tribute pages for dead children. The really interesting thing about this particular issue is this. Around about the time this happened, there were several examples of trolls causing this kind of trouble both here in Oz and abroad, this was one of the later examples. Because of the nature of the offence, this story was splashed across the headlines of the commercial media, papers, websites, TV, so on. I'm curious to see how many copycats would have actually engaged in this kind of behaviour if earlier examples weren't publicised as they were. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
