Guest BeachAV8R Posted April 23, 2011 Posted April 23, 2011 Finally got to blow some stuff up! Full report HERE! Some images: Regards! BeachAV8R 2
Guest BeachAV8R Posted April 23, 2011 Posted April 23, 2011 LOL..as you can see, I finally gave up on getting the right weapons loadout on the AT-6B Texan II. So I took the route of using the T-6B for primary weapons, and will use the AT-6B for "intermediate" training since I can get bombs and precision munitions to work on it. Regards.. BeachAV8R
Siddley Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 It's all good, but if you try that in the Vietnam theatre then you'll be toast. Charlie just loves a low angle rocket or guns pass, you spend the maximum amount of time in his most effective AAA envelope that way. It's possibly suitable for attacking NVA bicycles in South Vietnam, in the absence of any serious AAA - but don't take those tactics up North
Guest BeachAV8R Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 Indeed Siddley - as someone else mentioned, it would be a good idea to practice standoff firing, and breaking clear well before crossing the target for obvious reasons. Once I get to campaign mode I'm sure I'll have more self-preservation in mind and will utilize high altitude bombing and high angle strafing (if at all) with high pullouts.. Fun stuff..
+JediMaster Posted April 24, 2011 Posted April 24, 2011 In the campaigns I prefer the tactical nukes.
