+EricJ Posted November 10, 2011 Posted November 10, 2011 The only thing I can notice so far is that the forward curve of the conformal tanks needs to be readjusted as it looks deformed from the necessary adjustment.
Teras Posted November 10, 2011 Author Posted November 10, 2011 there are 3 points in the forward of the CFTs , which one you mean?
+KnightWolf45 Posted November 12, 2011 Posted November 12, 2011 (edited) teras you have stray vertixes the check it wireframe Edited November 12, 2011 by cocas
Teras Posted November 12, 2011 Author Posted November 12, 2011 on which aspect? i mean which part is the strayed one?
+76.IAP-Blackbird Posted November 13, 2011 Posted November 13, 2011 I would say he means the front part of the CFT, cause of the shadowing in your last pic.
+KnightWolf45 Posted November 13, 2011 Posted November 13, 2011 yes theres a vertixe there that his making the polys over lap a bit or his puxing it inwards clear now?

squid Posted November 15, 2011 Posted November 15, 2011 also, it would be useful maybe for evaluation purposes to skin it with a single color (light-medium grey) texture . Also the panel lines IF they are not in their correct positions might mislead, confuse or trick the viewer, so i'd suggest also until there is an accurate panel lines template to use just uniform light-medium grey surface. It will reveal better any weak spots :) As long as you are that patient like you have been so far and keep on working on our nit-picking notes this would end up to be a very sweet model :D
Teras Posted November 16, 2011 Author Posted November 16, 2011 thanks nick , i will see what i can do the panel
squid Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 it looks greatly improved :D i am seeing a few things which i will try to post as soon as i find some free time
Teras Posted November 16, 2011 Author Posted November 16, 2011 thanks nick , i will be waiting for your post
squid Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 (edited) CFT back end profile :) I maybe cut it too steep but you got the idea. something between my angle and the original :) Edited November 16, 2011 by squid 1
squid Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 Nozzle diameter tad smaller than fuselage housing ?
+76.IAP-Blackbird Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 this is an impressiv amount of work teras is doing here. You have to keep in mind that every pic he post, he had to rework. it`s not a critic but more a thank you teras for your hard work!
squid Posted November 16, 2011 Posted November 16, 2011 (edited) the front end of the canopy is narrower. Up to CJ generations there is a raised rectangular piece which though doesn't seem to exist in 60-70 Edited November 16, 2011 by squid 1
