Olham Posted August 27, 2011 Posted August 27, 2011 I have a training round of 900 Meter in my nearest park. I used to be able to run it 7 times, which was a bit more than 6 Kilometers. Used to run that every day, and didn't have a belly. But that was 6 years ago. It is also important, what you eat. I intend to go for light Japanese kitchen. Must try to find out, if I can trust the imported ingredients after Fukushima. Quote
Hasse Wind Posted August 27, 2011 Posted August 27, 2011 Eating Japanese kitchens, even light ones, sounds bad for your health, Fukushima or no. I lost my personal Battle of the Bulge years ago. I'm now only trying to maintain the size of the bulge, so that it doesn't grow into Bismarckian dimensions. Quote
RAF_Louvert Posted August 27, 2011 Posted August 27, 2011 . I'm on a seefood diet myself. I see food...I eat it. . Quote
Olham Posted August 27, 2011 Posted August 27, 2011 I have tried a beetroot diet - I could eat everything but beetroot - it didn't help. Quote

Olham Posted August 27, 2011 Posted August 27, 2011 (edited) Correct, Hasse - back to my Albatros! (Do I have my cookies? Where's the chocolate? Feldwebel Müller - bring me a thermosflask with hot coffee, quick!) Edited August 27, 2011 by Olham Quote
RAF_Louvert Posted August 27, 2011 Posted August 27, 2011 . Quite right, HW! Eat, drink, and make merry! And if Mary's not available, jump for Joy! And if Joy is out of town there's always Hope, because as we all know, Hope springs eternal. . Quote
Olham Posted August 27, 2011 Posted August 27, 2011 That adds a completely new meaning to "We haven't got a Hope in the Morning". Quote
Hasse Wind Posted August 27, 2011 Posted August 27, 2011 Oh, I see - these must be the employees of the popular barbershop Von Paulus mentioned a few weeks ago. Many pilots go there regularly, I hear. Quote
RAF_Louvert Posted August 27, 2011 Posted August 27, 2011 . Shave and a haircut, two bits...and two weeks of shots to clear it up. . Quote
Hauksbee Posted August 27, 2011 Posted August 27, 2011 I have a training round of 900 Meter in my nearest park. 900 meters!! Bloody Hell! Quote
Olham Posted August 27, 2011 Posted August 27, 2011 Hihihi - 900 m x 7, Hauk - that's 6.300 Meter. Quote
Hasse Wind Posted August 27, 2011 Posted August 27, 2011 I can just imagine myself collapsing from exhaustion after running those 900 metres. Are you already with the German Olympic team, Olham? Quote
