I have a training round of 900 Meter in my nearest park.

I used to be able to run it 7 times, which was a bit more than 6 Kilometers.

Used to run that every day, and didn't have a belly. But that was 6 years ago.

It is also important, what you eat. I intend to go for light Japanese kitchen.

Must try to find out, if I can trust the imported ingredients after Fukushima.

Eating Japanese kitchens, even light ones, sounds bad for your health, Fukushima or no.

I lost my personal Battle of the Bulge years ago. I'm now only trying to maintain the size of the bulge, so that it doesn't grow into Bismarckian dimensions.

Quite right, HW! Eat, drink, and make merry! And if Mary's not available, jump for Joy! And if Joy is out of town there's always Hope, because as we all know, Hope springs eternal.
