where the heck is it??? I searched (yes, sometime even I don't remember where everything is..), and couldn't find it

 

can somebody post/point to the d/l link??

It's with the A-4K pack here http://combatace.com...-update-140211/ but I'll post an even more up to date one, I'm sure there are still some missing from it so have a look and maybe we could create some kind of 'master list & tga files'
