I have see in several add-ons this one :

 

Canopy open: key 10

 

Sorry, I am new with Strike Fighters 2 and I dont know what mean this "key 10".

of course, you DO need to go, from the Main Menu, into /Options/Controls, and set up all the animation keystrokes. They're NOT set by default
