Anyone know of the US version back in the 80's for the arcades? Anotha 80's moment.

You'd have to go a little farther back than the 80's - the game in question is Midway's Sea Raider, and dates back to 1969.

Hi, I remember a version with torpedoes instead of fireballs as it show in vid. plus ships looked different and multiple targets and that one had a periscope.

There was also an arcade machine literally called Periscope. Sega, 1968, if memory serves.

i'm still wrapping my head around Soviet arcade games. not as high tech as American, but will steal your kopecks faster!
