I was wanting to do some Hurricane skins - your templates are great place to start. I work in Paint Shop Pro, so some of the layers don't come through perfectly but its not a biggie.

 

I thought a SAAF skin from East Africa would be a nice place to start and go well with some of my other releases.

Lloyd, get paint.net, if ca't get photoshop .. it'll work all the layers pretty well

Lloyd if you tell me whitch layers they are ,I'll see what I can do to make them more compatable. Are they the "Effects Layers"?
