NATIONAL INSIGNIA ON PLANE WITHOUT ONE TO START.

Hi Everyone,Can somebody tell me how to put a national insignia on a plane that only has a texture file?Thank You for your help!

Ok,I have this plane and it has a bare metal skin file and a camo skin file and no markings at all.I would like to at least put a national insignia on the fuselage and wings, can I do that?If so point me to the right KB or tell me how please.

TK' decals tutorial maybe? somewhere wwwwwwwwwwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyy in the back of the 1stGen downloads, perhaps in the "Tools Utilties" section
