What's causing the odd distortion?

I guess the camera is an electronic one that writes the pictures in lines;

and the horizontal shaking makes, that the first (upper lines) are taken

in a different position than the lower ones? Just my idea...

Looks like the result of a very non-human field-of-view. To keep your OFF flights from looking like that, use the OFFfov field-of-view manager built into OFFice.
