Hello,

Yesterday I decided to create a specific Reco Pod from Thirdwire tank stock (1300L Mirage tank).

The Weapons Editor helped me to convert and make it.

In central position the tank is showed under the plane. This is ok for the model (good position, renaming).

However it is impossible for me to create a specific skin texture different from the basical 1300L tanks.

The recolorized .bmp file I put in the specific Reco Pod folder doesn't apply.

I extracted the skin from the "CAT" file but this is the .bmp file by default which appears!

Moreover I'm using the original Gen 1 LOD file. Hexx Editor reads this is a .bmp which must be used.

In order to verify I tested the jpg texture but no change.

What do you think?

Many thanks,

Coupi.

I would make sure the LOD file for the pod is named different from the stock 1300L drop tank.

Also I would make a separate weapon station for the recce pod and would remove from it any drop tank related entries, even this one: FuelTankNodeName=

Hope that helps.
