+ianh755 Posted May 18, 2013 Posted May 18, 2013 Hi all, just flicking through some pics on a photographer forum I use and this guy caught some F-15C's going through the Mach Loop in Wales UK (rare for "C's" to use it) and I noticed the IRST looking ball just behind the radar. Anyone got any info/ideas as to what it is or was I right with my guess? - Here's the pic Quote

+JediMaster Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 That's the kind of place EWR equipment is usually located. If a radar is looking straight on at you, that's the place that would notice it. Quote
