History of the boneyard

Recommended Posts

My father's school was in Tucson in 1971-2, I was 2, we lived in a house that was across the street from there. Of course I don't have any recollection of any significance, but it may explain my love of aviation stuff.

I had a chance to go there last year, and it is an amazing place to witness history.

Thanks for the share.

Such a hallowed and sad place. I want to go visit one day but I would probably be too overcome with emotions. Most of those classic aircraft should be put in museums and flying collections for the future...
