Toryu 156 Posted November 21, 2013 (edited) One A-4K was lost on 16 Feb 2001 during a plugged barrel-roll. The reason was that the airplane flew in a three-tanks configuration an was thus considerably heavier than during the normal show-routine. The pilot was killed.
