Skyviper Posted November 22, 2013 Posted November 22, 2013 Hello I know you gentlemen are into WWI aviation and I thought you'd might like to know about a classic game making a comeback. Cinemaware is currently working on Wings Remastered Edition. A WWI arcade game release in 1990. You can check the interview out here. http://combatace.com/topic/80601-operation-restoration-wings-remastered-edition/ Quote
UK_Widowmaker Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 I'll get that!...Wings is one of my all time favourites!! Quote
Hellshade Posted November 25, 2013 Posted November 25, 2013 There is a demo with the link Widowmaker. Try before you buy sir. :) Quote
+Dej Posted November 26, 2013 Posted November 26, 2013 Anyone else tried the demo? I thought I'd give it a go being as I was in the Atari camp and never played Wings... so I loaded it up, overcame the cartoon graphics and found myself in a permanent spin to the left and no amount of fiddling with control options yielded any solution. I doubt I'm going to miss it though, smacked a bit of Blizzard does 'WW1 in the Air' Quote
corsaire31 Posted November 26, 2013 Posted November 26, 2013 With Red Baron on Kickstarter, all the oldies seem to come back to life ! Quote
UK_Widowmaker Posted November 27, 2013 Posted November 27, 2013 Yes, I tried the demo..and I liked it...had the exact same problem as Dej...they need to sort that out!!..But I enjoyed it apart from that Quote
