+Typhoid 231 Posted February 20, 2014 in what alternate universe would an ID not written in English be of a US PD in the Ukraine?
macelena 1,070 Posted February 20, 2014 First thing to cross my mind was the Diplomatic Security Service, but it seems like a bit of BS
Snailman 517 Posted February 20, 2014 I don't know what the hell it is, that's why I ask... it IS in English, the name is not, of course. It's just my bullshit filter has turned on... if it's just a fake stuff. Never heard of IPA before neither my acquaintance in local PD. The other day ex-IDF people were caught, one was shot. Chechens also appeared. Snipers shooting both sides... Syria part Two.

+CrazyhorseB34 937 Posted February 21, 2014 (edited) Peep this. http://www.ipa-iac.org/ http://www.ipacomplex.com/14,IPA_badges.htm It clearly says,"International Police Association" in English but the name appears to be in Cyrilic. Also if you look at the ID it says "Ukraine" in English. I would guess that is the nation of origin block. Dude is probably a cop from Southern Ukraine who came up to join the festivities and ended up getting his ass kicked.
