Hi friends, i have one question, i hope it is in the properly forum, well where is defined the value of a plane, whe you play merc campaign you can purchase planes and his value is show in loadout screen, but i could edit it, its in an .ini file.... Thanks a lot

It's calculated based on some of the plane's statistics, I believe. The exact formula is unknown (to me) and possibly hardcoded. A while ago a Harrier could cost less than a Hunter, and a prop-driven plane could have a massive price tag, thanks to the great endurance.

i dont care much for the buy your own gear in games. reals mercs would be paid salaries, plus in the case of a wealthy country like Dhimar be outfitted with the planes and munitions. Barrett Tillmans book Warriors is a much better example of how the Dhimaris should have gone rather than how it goes in game IMHO

Rends if yoy play any merc campaign, in the loadout screen (if you have enought money) you can buy the planes
