+Geezer Posted April 23, 2014 Posted April 23, 2014 View File WW1 Airfield Objects This pack contains all new airfield objects - hangars, barn, farmhouse, shed, barracks, etc. Just updated the pack to V1.1 - it now includes the missing Barracks and Base Ops files. These objects use hi-res graphics and may not run well on older computers. Submitter Geezer Submitted 04/23/2014 Category First Eagles - WWI and Early Years - Object Mods Quote

+Geezer Posted April 27, 2014 Author Posted April 27, 2014 Nice Stuff! It seems the Files of the Barracks and the Base Ops House are missing... Thanks for catching that. I just uploaded a revision with new Barracks and Base Ops LODs that are linked to their respective artwork .bmp files. Quote
+Wrench Posted April 27, 2014 Posted April 27, 2014 barracks and base ops lods seem to be missing as well (just downloaded a few minutes ago) Quote
Timothy0921 Posted September 19, 2014 Posted September 19, 2014 Ok... Noob question; So far in modding my FE installation, I've only encountered files which require me to copy/overwrite into the Effects, Objects, etc directories of my FE installation, but in your object add-ons, I see there are some new file types that I am uncertain what to do with (.lod, .out, etc). Any advice you can give me would be awesome, as I'd REALLY love to be able to use your Airfield Objects and Airfield Figures. Thanks! Quote
+Wrench Posted September 19, 2014 Posted September 19, 2014 These things are really for the terraformers. You'll have to do a LOT of hand placement into the terrain, after adding the list of these objects to the *** terrain's _types ini. Terraforming (terrain & target building) is NOT for the faint of hear!!! (trust me on this!!) Quote
Timothy0921 Posted September 24, 2014 Posted September 24, 2014 Understood. Thanks, Wrench. Think I'll pass on these, for now. Quote
