Peugeot205 Posted May 29, 2014 Posted May 29, 2014 (edited) As my other "nick" was a bit confusing , I say confusing because It was intended to be a parody of the guy and not a way to show you that I really like him when that was not true at all, so I changed to this other name , that I really like. It is a character of my favourite film. If you want to know more you can go here for the film: http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Le_D%C3%AEner_de_cons Here for the actor who performs the role of François Pignon: http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jacques_Villeret And finally a part of the film (I'm sorry it is in French) Edited May 29, 2014 by FRPignon Quote

Capitaine Vengeur Posted May 30, 2014 Posted May 30, 2014 At the time of Sarkozy, we French felt we had De Funes for President. And now with Hollande, I feel we have François Pignon for President. And now I find both characters much less funny. And I find the whole joke not funny at all, dammit !!! Quote
Derk Posted May 31, 2014 Posted May 31, 2014 Oh dear., probably it's time for Fernandel then...... Quote
B52STRATO Posted May 31, 2014 Posted May 31, 2014 Oh dear., probably it's time for Fernandel then...... About Fernandel we already got legendary Mr. Pasqua. Quote
Evildeadmeat Posted May 31, 2014 Posted May 31, 2014 About Fernandel we already got legendary Mr. Pasqua. LOL !!! I didn't noticed we had Fernandel as a government member. In france, our former prime minister had a role in Indiana Jones. Better than Reagan ;) Quote
JediMaster Posted June 2, 2014 Posted June 2, 2014 That actor also played the head of the FSB in Sum of All Fears, so he gets around. Quote
