Spinners Posted June 1, 2014 Posted June 1, 2014 Douglas A-4E Skyhawk - No.860 Squadron, Royal Netherlands Naval Air Service, 1971 2
Derk Posted June 1, 2014 Posted June 1, 2014 (edited) If this had come true, my brother in law would have flown them. Got his jet training at Brustem in Belgium and when he finished it, the Seahawks were WFU. Flew the S2F Tracker instead, got schooled on heli's (S-58) and after that flew the Brequet Atlantique (happily he didn't crash). Retired as the Deputy Commander of RNAS Valkenburg and spend a couple of years after that as the chief crash investigator of the Dutch Civil Aviation Authority... Well, some extra what if's I would say if the Skyhawks would have been acquired.... Edited June 1, 2014 by Derk
