+ianh755 196 Posted June 15, 2014 (edited) I was supporting the air Ops from October 2001 and remember when an ODA team also took friendly fire. That was traced back to a simple mistake using the handheld Laser Designator which, when the batteries were replaced, gave your current GPS co-ordinates until you acknowledged that your GPS location was correct.
