By any chance does anyone know how to use this or open this file. I tried my 7zip but it doesn't open. Can anybody help plz and thank u

redownload the file and try again.

It comes as a templates.tga file don't have anything to open that

For TGA files you need a graphics program like Photoshop or PaintShop Pro.
