Blank Euro 1 F-4D skin with no USAF stars or squadron markings?

Hay guys,

 

Does anyone have a high res (2048) blank Euro 1 skin with no USAF stars or squadron markings etc for the SF2 F-4D? I have looked everywhere and cant find one or a template to use.

the only difference I can see (with a fairly quick glance) between the D and E is the 5 bmp/jpg ... the wings and fuselage look the same. You know TK isn't/wasn't going to waste money remapping every version of the Phantom. Given the 3w proclivity of 'sameness', I'm sure the differences are minimal, and easily overcome
