The first day, I heard the distinct roar of multiple radial engines, but got to my deck too late to see what it was. Today, however, I saw that it was a B-17 on approach the local airport. I ran inside and checked the 'net, and found that the "Wings of Freedom" tour had come to town, I am definitely going tomorrow, though I wish that I could afford a flight in the 'Fortress, never mind get some stick time in the P-51, http://themonmouthjournal.com/wings-of-freedom-tour-returns-to-new-jersey-p1292-1.htm 2
