Cold Front on lower Chesapeake Bay

It's a cold front crossing lower Chesapeake bay, near the Chesapeake Bay Bridge/Tunnel.  Or, is it actually an image taken while he was seeking refuge from Khan Noonien Singh in the Mutara nebula?

BTW: The Mutara Nebula was purple, red and probably had some blues in there
