MigBuster 2,884 Posted November 19, 2015 Got a cheap (relatively) new Windows 10 tablet yesterday (32GB SSD & Intel Atom) to replace my old iPad and have all my flight sim manuals and checklists on. You can transfer stuff to its c drive via USB memory stick or using One Drive that auto saves it locally. Pretty good for the price (Made by Viglen) and my first real experience of using Win 10 in tablet mode. http://www.tesco.com/direct/windows-connect-10-tablet-intel-atom-1gb-ram-32gb-black/630-1078.prd

MigBuster 2,884 Posted November 20, 2015 Nice one..........the one I have is DX11 (Intel HD gfx is part of the CPU) but wont be playing many games on it with 1GB RAM. http://ark.intel.com/products/80275/Intel-Atom-Processor-Z3735G-2M-Cache-up-to-1_83-GHz The CPU in that one is newer.....also supports 2GB RAM http://ark.intel.com/products/87383/Intel-Atom-x5-Z8300-Processor-2M-Cache-up-to-1_84-GHz Should add that if you have tesco points you can get it for 50 quid :)
ironroad 218 Posted November 25, 2015 Go show Migbuster, the thing I like about most newer tablets is that they can easily take an 64GB or large SD card which can be had for cheap. I like my Nvidia Shield, the fact that it came with Nvidia Hub and had so many consoule ports offered for free was the main selling point for me. Plus I can stream from my NVIDIA card onto the tablet to play games like War Thunder or Grand Theft Auto, but I haven't really found a need for that.
