Best Israel Terrain upgrade?

Hey Guys!  This may seem like a newbie question but what israel terrain is the best upgrade to target areas etc? Is the terrain included in the SF2I extension pack modified?

Ah ok!  Hey stary? Can that version of the terrain take your israelME tiles without a ton of working?
