hi you can use "naval map=true" in main .ini file after decompress data files of terrain.

attention :with this way you can see carriers in vietnam and desert terrains but i dont know why we can not see them in germany terrain.anybody knows why???

 

remember I examine this way in SF2 not SFP1

not really possible. It can be done, possibly, by user created single-missions.

 

the map is far too small, with far to little sea room for CVBG (or SAGs) (minium 200-300 km radius is required). Also, none of the 1stGens really support carriers. Lacks the coding brought with SF2:NA.

Wrench is totally correct. But for the purposes of putting a Naval Target off Peenemunde.... You can add the Water.bmp and make it Naval True. But because the map is almost sub littoral functionally it is not so good.

Here you have a simple F-14A recon mission.

No enemies. Only take off from carrier fly to East Germany and come back to carrier and land there.
