I'm back. Need help of doing the horzion mod again

After being frustrated of trying to increase the drawing distance of the horzion, I decided to take a long break from SF2. Learning that the newest Nvidia drivers will work on SF2 again I decided to fly again :). However I still need help here. What files do you guys need to look at to help me with the horzion mod?

My previous post in which with I attached Mue's Distance Fix for extending the horizon should still work now that the drivers are working again.
