Any chance of a shore-to-ship missile in SF2?  Especially after this TheDrive.com article about the fact the Russians are still using old ones from decades ago plus modernizing?

yes.

I had working silkworm batteries on the Iran/Iraq map in 2011. And also on one of the Taiwan versions (can't remember which)

Well I imported the Silkworm launcher & Styx missile over from OP Darius.  It works fine as a baseline for what I have in mind long-term.

Let's just say I really do like the idea of more targets for JDAMs and APTKS rockets!  At least now I have some idea of how to put the 21st Century version in-game at a later date.
